BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — Another landmark moment has arrived on Estero Bay’s waterfront. London Bay Development Group has announced that the North Tower of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay has topped out, marking the completion of vertical construction on the second of two 22-story towers. Designed by globally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, the cascading façades of the two towers draw inspiration from the tranquil coastal setting and integrate into the surrounding topography.
