Designed by Field Operations and constructed by Buslam, the project will transform Drexel and Meridian Avenues with wider pedestrian areas, renewed landscaping, and inviting outdoor spaces for residents and visitors alike. More than an infrastructure upgrade, it is a cultural redesign aimed at elevating the urban pulse of Miami Beach.

For Iván Busto III of Buslam, the moment represents more than construction: “It’s about shaping how people will live and interact with Lincoln Road for generations to come. Projects like this go beyond building—they create legacy,” he shared.

During the ceremony, Mayor Steven Meiner emphasized that the initiative ensures Lincoln Road remains a world-class destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment, preserving its historic essence while embracing the future.

With this first step, Miami Beach confidently moves into a new chapter in Lincoln Road’s story—where tradition, culture, and modern vision meet.
